Returns PolicyThere may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. If this is the case please contact us immediately either by phone 01539 727188 or by e-mail email@example.com We will not accept returns without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
We will where possible, endeavor to collect items via our delivery driver but where this is not possible we will require that you return goods personally, or via courier with proof.. It is important that you obtain proof as we can not be held liable for any losses.
Where items are faulty/defective please return any packaging if available. If goods have been supplied wrong we would expect them to be returned in their original packaging. All goods returned should be returned in a resalable condition.
Any items that are special order cannot be returned, these are items which have either been specially stocked for your requirements or modified to your requirements.
Items Damaged in TransitIf any items were damaged in transit, please report this to us immediately (within 24hrs where possible). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, we advise that you sign the carrier's delivery note and note the damage visible on the signed document.
We require that any products returned, be in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. We will issue a replacement or refund to you within 30 days via your original payment method. Any costs associated with return must be provided if we have been advised of return.. Please obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) from us and quote this when returning items.
Items Faulty on Arrival
In the unlikely event that your items are faulty on arrival, please inform us within a period of 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (business account customers, 14 days). We advise that, if possible, items are returned with original packaging and complete with all accessories and documentation.
We will thoroughly test all returned items, if a problem is identified then we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs, should items be found not faulty then we will return them to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Please obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) from us and quote this when returning items.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of the goods purchased develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist telephone or e-mail help facilities, which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated). If you need to return items to us please obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) from us and quote this when returning items.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DRS) (Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have a further 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. If you need to return items to us please obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) from us and quote this when returning items.
Special items may only be returned if they are in a re-saleable condition and may be subject to a restocking and/or carriage charge which is subject to our suppliers terms and conditions.
